Rough and final cleans for general contractors and building owners, scheduled around your punch list and your turnover date. We walk the space with your superintendent before we start and again before we leave.
Construction cleaning isn't one visit. Dust keeps settling for days after the trades leave, other subcontractors are still in and out, and the turnover date doesn't move. We plan the cleaning in phases so the space is actually ready when the owner or the tenant walks in.
We work for general contractors, developers and building owners on commercial projects: offices, medical suites, retail, schools and industrial space. We work with your superintendent or project manager, fit into your schedule and stay out of the way of the trades that are still finishing.
We also clean buildings on a recurring basis. If the owner or tenant needs ongoing cleaning after turnover, the company that did the final clean can take over the routine.
Three phases
Construction cleaning happens in phases, booked against your schedule.
Once framing, electrical and plumbing are in
We start when the framing, electrical and plumbing are in. We remove the debris, the leftover trash and anything too big to vacuum, then sweep and vacuum the space. Stickers come off the windows and doors at this stage, but we don't clean the glass yet.
After finishes and fixtures are installed
This is the phase that takes the most equipment and supplies. We work room by room through the restrooms, kitchens, exam rooms and every other finished space, and clean what was installed: sinks, toilets, cabinets and windows. When it's done, the space looks like a place people can use.
A few days later, once the dust settles
Dust keeps settling for days after the work stops, so we give it time before the final clean, which some teams call the touch up. Then we clear the dust and take care of the smudges, fingerprints and marks left from the earlier phases. Before we leave, we walk the space with your team and close out anything left. That matters most when other subcontractors are still coming through.
Our standard quote covers the light clean and the final clean, with a touch up after the general contractor's final inspection. A rough clean is added on request.
Scope
Every project is scoped on its own, and the written scope is what we're held to.

Punch list
We work alongside your general contractor, superintendent and project manager as an extra set of eyes on site. On the final walk we log what we see, cleaning or not, so nothing surprises your client on their walkthrough. Every item gets an owner, and we check it again once it's fixed.

Questions
A rough clean happens while construction is still going: debris out, floors swept, labels off. A final clean happens after the finishes are in and gets the space ready to use: dust off every surface, fixtures and glass cleaned, floors done.
The rough clean can start once framing, electrical and plumbing are in. The final clean comes after finishes and fixtures are installed and most trades are done. Tell us your turnover date on the walkthrough and we'll book the phases back from it. Floor work on the project needs three days' notice.
Yes. We clean each floor or suite as it's released and keep a punch list per area, so a phased turnover doesn't hold up the rest of the project.
Fine dust keeps settling from ducts, ceilings and ledges for several days after the work stops. That's why we plan a touch up visit before turnover instead of treating the final clean as the last visit.
We remove loose debris and scrap from the areas we clean. Heavy demolition debris and dumpsters stay with the general contractor. The written scope says exactly what we remove.
We carry commercial general liability and workers' compensation, and we send a certificate of insurance on request. If your project needs you named on the certificate, we request one that names you.
