You answer to the owner and to every tenant in the building. We clean common areas and tenant suites after hours, on a written scope, and prove every visit with photos and video in your own login. You get one contact for the whole building. It starts with a free walkthrough.
Property managers, building managers and asset managers are the people who call us about a multi tenant building. You hear from tenants when something is missed, and you hear from ownership when a tenant complains. The cleaning has to work for both.
We clean the shared spaces every tenant walks through: the lobby, the elevators, the corridors, the stairwells and the restrooms. Inside the tenant suites, we clean to the scope in your agreement. Medical suites in the building get the medical routine, with an EPA registered, hospital grade disinfectant left wet for the full contact time on its label.
If you manage more than one building, each one gets its own written scope and its own inspections.
Here's what we hear on almost every multi tenant walkthrough.
A tenant finds the restroom out of paper or the trash still full, and the first call goes to you. You end up in the middle, between your tenants and a vendor who doesn't pick up.
You manage the building from your desk, or from another building across town. When nobody can show you what was done, you end up walking the floors yourself.
Lobbies, elevators and restrooms take the most traffic and draw the most complaints. A vendor who starts strong lets them slip by the third month, and every tenant sees it.
Your building has keys, access cards and alarm codes. When the crew changes every few weeks, you don't know who is in the building after hours.
We built our multi tenant program around those complaints. None of it depends on you checking our work.
Our technicians are required to capture photos and video on every visit. Each one is time stamped and goes into your client login, so you can see last night's clean before the day starts.
Your area manager inspects your building on a set schedule and shares the report with you. You don't have to ask for it, and it doesn't wait for a complaint.
We assign the same technicians to your building. Coverage for time off is planned in advance, and everyone who works in your building is background checked.
You get a dedicated area manager with a direct line. Your area manager is bilingual, and in app messaging logs every request, so what you ask for is written down and tracked.
These are the services we run in multi tenant buildings. Our commercial cleaning page covers the full program; this page is about how it works in a building with many tenants.
Nightly or weekly cleaning for offices and commercial buildings, on the schedule your building needs.
Restrooms, trash, breakrooms, floors and touch points, done on a set routine and inspected.
Someone on site during business hours to keep lobbies, restrooms and common areas in shape.
Scrubbing, stripping and refinishing, and a routine that keeps hard floors from wearing out early.
Cleaning for medical offices and clinics, on a written routine with scheduled inspections.
Every building is different, and the written scope after your walkthrough is what we're held to. These are the areas we plan for.
Our cleaning products come from the Diversey and Spartan lines. We clean every floor type a building has, from carpet and resilient tile to polished concrete, stone and terrazzo.
This is the part most managers ask about, so here is exactly how it works.
Weekly for buildings we clean four or more times a week. Every other week for buildings we clean one to three times a week.
Your area manager walks the building against rated checkpoints for each area in your scope. The result is a scorecard you can read in a minute. Anything below standard goes on a punch list with a correction date, and the correction is checked.
Scores are tracked over time. If an area starts to slip, we see it in the trend before it becomes a complaint, and so do you.
Between inspections, the photos and video from every visit are in your client login, time stamped. If you ever wonder whether something was done, you can check without calling anyone.
We carry commercial general liability and workers' compensation, and we send a certificate of insurance on request.
How it works
Five steps, and the first one is free.
Book a time online or call us.
We see the space, the traffic and the problem spots with you.
What we clean, how often, and how it gets inspected.
Photos and video of the first visit are in your login.
Scorecards, punch lists with correction dates, and one person to call.
Either, or both. The written scope after the walkthrough lists which suites we clean, what we do in each one and how often. If your tenants handle their own suites, we clean the common areas only.
Message us in the app, where every request is logged and tied to your building, or call your area manager on a direct line. A missed item goes on the punch list with a date it will be corrected by.
Most of our work happens after hours, when the building is empty. If the lobby and restrooms need attention during business hours, our day porter service keeps them in shape.
Our technicians are required to take photos and video on every visit. Each one is time stamped and shows up in your client login. Your area manager also inspects on a schedule and shares a scorecard with you.
