Car dealership cleaning.Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland.

We clean showrooms, service lanes, customer lounges and restrooms after your doors close. Every visit is documented with photos and video in your own login, and your area manager inspects the work on a schedule. It starts with a free walkthrough of your store.

Built for the general manager

General managers, fixed operations directors and dealer principals are the people who call us about a store. For a dealer group, it's often the director of operations. Your showroom sells cars before anyone talks to a salesperson, and your service lounge decides whether a customer comes back.

We clean the showroom, the glass, the sales offices, the customer lounge, the restrooms and the service lanes after the store closes. Showroom floors get a floor care routine on top of the nightly cleaning, so they keep their look.

If you run more than one rooftop, each store gets its own written scope and its own inspections. We handle multi location clients, and a dealer group can have one agreement or one area manager across its stores, which cuts the number of contractors it deals with.

What dealership managers tell us

Here's what we hear on almost every dealership walkthrough.

"The showroom floor tells on us."

Customers walk in on a floor that shows every tire mark and footprint. A vendor who keeps it up for a month and then lets it slide costs you the first impression.

"My porters end up cleaning the lounge."

When the customer lounge and restrooms aren't right in the morning, your porters and advisors stop what they're doing to fix them. That's time that should go to customers.

"I can't see what happened last night."

You open the store at seven and it looks fine, mostly. But you have no idea whether the lounge was cleaned or just straightened up.

"Nobody picks up the phone."

When something goes wrong, you want one person who answers, knows your building and fixes it. Not a voicemail box and a ticket number.

Where vendors fall short, and how we run it

Where cleaning vendors fall short
How BeVa runs it
No visibility on what's being done
Photo and video proof of every visit in your own login
Great for three months then it slides
Scheduled inspections with scorecards and trend tracking
Nobody checks the work until you complain
Your area manager inspects on a schedule and shares the report
Different people showing up, missing items
Same assigned technicians, coverage planned in advance, all background checked
No proof of insurance or proof of work
Certificate of insurance on request, proof of work in your login every visit

What we do about it

We built our dealership program around those complaints. None of it depends on you checking our work.

Proof of every visit

Our technicians are required to capture photos and video on every visit. Each one is time stamped and goes into your client login, so you can see last night's clean before the day starts.

Inspections on a schedule

Your area manager inspects your building on a set schedule and shares the report with you. You don't have to ask for it, and it doesn't wait for a complaint.

The same technicians

We assign the same technicians to your building. Coverage for time off is planned in advance, and everyone who works in your building is background checked.

One person to call

You get a dedicated area manager with a direct line. Your area manager is bilingual, and in app messaging logs every request, so what you ask for is written down and tracked.

These are the services we run at dealerships. Our floor care page covers floor work in detail; this page is about how it works at a dealership.

The scope items that matter at a dealership

Every store is different, and the written scope after your walkthrough is what we're held to. These are the areas we plan for.

Showroom

  • Showroom floors dust mopped and damp mopped every visit
  • Floor care on a set routine: scrubbing, recoating or burnishing for your floor type
  • Entry glass, showroom glass and door hardware cleaned
  • Sales desks, offices and customer seating wiped down

Customer lounge and restrooms

  • Lounge tables, seating and the coffee station wiped down
  • Toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors and partitions cleaned and disinfected
  • Soap, paper and liners restocked from your supply, or through our consumables program on request
  • Floors swept, mopped and disinfected, behind and beside fixtures

Service drive and service lanes

  • Service lanes degreased and scrubbed on the schedule in your scope
  • Service advisor desks and write up areas wiped
  • Trash out every visit

Offices and staff areas

  • Offices, finance offices and break rooms cleaned
  • Trash and recycling emptied
  • Carpet vacuumed and hard floors mopped

Our cleaning products come from the Diversey and Spartan lines. We clean every floor type a store has, including polished concrete, tile, stone and terrazzo.

The inspection and proof program

This is the part most managers ask about, so here is exactly how it works.

How often we inspect

Weekly for buildings we clean four or more times a week. Every other week for buildings we clean one to three times a week.

What an inspection covers

Your area manager walks the building against rated checkpoints for each area in your scope. The result is a scorecard you can read in a minute. Anything below standard goes on a punch list with a correction date, and the correction is checked.

Trends over time

Scores are tracked over time. If an area starts to slip, we see it in the trend before it becomes a complaint, and so do you.

Proof between inspections

Between inspections, the photos and video from every visit are in your client login, time stamped. If you ever wonder whether something was done, you can check without calling anyone.

Insurance

We carry commercial general liability and workers' compensation, and we send a certificate of insurance on request.

Questions from dealership managers

Can you clean after we close?

Yes. We clean after your doors close and before your first customer arrives. If you need someone on site during the day, our day porter service covers the lounge and restrooms in business hours.

Can you keep our showroom floor looking new?

We clean every floor type, including polished concrete, tile, stone and terrazzo, and we set a floor care routine for yours on top of the nightly cleaning. Almost all floor work is done after hours.

We have more than one store. Can you clean all of them?

Yes. We handle multi location clients. A dealer group can have one agreement or one area manager across its stores, which cuts the number of contractors it deals with. Each store still gets its own written scope and its own inspections. Tell us which stores on the walkthrough.

How do we know the cleaning actually happened?

Our technicians are required to take photos and video on every visit. Each one is time stamped and shows up in your client login. Your area manager also inspects on a schedule and shares a scorecard with you.

Are your technicians background checked?

Yes. Every technician is background checked. We assign the same technicians to your building and plan coverage in advance, so you're not handing your keys to a stranger.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry commercial general liability and workers' compensation, and we send a certificate of insurance on request.
