We clean the offices, locker rooms, breakrooms and production support areas at plants across Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland. Every visit is documented with photos and video in your own login, and your area manager inspects the work on a schedule. It starts with a free walkthrough of your plant.
Plant managers, operations managers and facilities managers are the people who call us about a plant. At a food plant, it's often the quality assurance manager or the sanitation manager. You run a production floor. The offices, locker rooms and breakrooms around it still have to be clean, and they're what a visitor or an auditor sees first.
We clean the areas that support production: offices, conference rooms, locker rooms, restrooms, breakrooms and cafeterias, and the floors that connect them. We also take on production floor sanitation at food plants. It is its own scope with its own rules, and we write it up on the walkthrough.
Plants run more than one shift, so the written scope says when we're in each area and works around your shift changes.
Here's what we hear on almost every plant walkthrough.
Locker rooms and restrooms take a whole shift's worth of traffic, sometimes three. A vendor who cleans them well for a month and then slips leaves your people with the worst room in the plant.
When an auditor or a customer asks what was cleaned and when, you need more than a vendor's word. If nobody can show you, the gap lands on your desk.
A plant has safety rules and areas that stay off limits. When the crew changes every few weeks, every new person has to learn the rules from scratch.
When something goes wrong, you want one person who answers, knows your building and fixes it. Not a voicemail box and a ticket number.
We built our plant program around those complaints. None of it depends on you checking our work.
Our technicians are required to capture photos and video on every visit. Each one is time stamped and goes into your client login, so you can see last night's clean before the day starts.
Your area manager inspects your building on a set schedule and shares the report with you. You don't have to ask for it, and it doesn't wait for a complaint.
We assign the same technicians to your building. Coverage for time off is planned in advance, and everyone who works in your building is background checked.
You get a dedicated area manager with a direct line. Your area manager is bilingual, and in app messaging logs every request, so what you ask for is written down and tracked.
These are the services we run at plants. Our janitorial cleaning page covers the routine itself; this page is about how it works in a plant.
Restrooms, trash, breakrooms, floors and touch points, done on a set routine and inspected.
Nightly or weekly cleaning for offices and commercial buildings, on the schedule your building needs.
Scrubbing, stripping and refinishing, and a routine that keeps hard floors from wearing out early.
Someone on site during business hours to keep lobbies, restrooms and common areas in shape.
Every plant is different, and the written scope after your walkthrough is what we're held to. These are the areas we plan for.
Our cleaning products come from the Diversey and Spartan lines. Almost all floor work is done after hours, and we work weekends when that fits your plant better.
This is the part most managers ask about, so here is exactly how it works.
Weekly for buildings we clean four or more times a week. Every other week for buildings we clean one to three times a week.
Your area manager walks the building against rated checkpoints for each area in your scope. The result is a scorecard you can read in a minute. Anything below standard goes on a punch list with a correction date, and the correction is checked.
Scores are tracked over time. If an area starts to slip, we see it in the trend before it becomes a complaint, and so do you.
Between inspections, the photos and video from every visit are in your client login, time stamped. If you ever wonder whether something was done, you can check without calling anyone.
We carry commercial general liability and workers' compensation, and we send a certificate of insurance on request.
