Patients judge your practice by the waiting room and the restroom before they ever see a provider. We clean medical offices and clinics after hours, on a written routine, and we prove every visit with photos and video in your own login. It starts with a free walkthrough of your office.
If you run a practice, the building is one more thing on your list. Here's what we hear on almost every medical walkthrough.
You come in at seven and the office looks fine, mostly. But you have no idea whether the exam rooms were wiped down or just straightened up. When nobody can show you what was done, you end up checking it yourself.
A new vendor starts strong. By the third month the corners get skipped, the restroom supplies run out on a Tuesday, and the waiting room carpet looks tired by noon. Nothing is checked, so nothing gets fixed until you complain.
Your office has keys, alarm codes and patient areas. When the crew changes every few weeks, you don't know who is in your building after hours, and every new person has to learn your rooms from scratch.
A medical assistant wiping counters before the first patient is time that should go to patients. If your team is covering for missed items, the cleaning isn't working.
When something goes wrong, you want one person who answers, knows your office and fixes it. Not a voicemail box and a ticket number.
We built our medical program around those five complaints. None of it depends on you checking our work.
Our technicians are required to capture photos and video on every visit. Each one is time stamped and goes into your client login, so you can see last night's clean from your desk before your first patient arrives.
Your area manager inspects your office on a set schedule and shares the report with you. You don't have to ask for it, and it doesn't wait for a complaint.
We assign the same technicians to your office. Coverage for time off is planned in advance, and everyone who works in your building is background checked.
You get a dedicated area manager with a direct line. Your area manager is bilingual, and in app messaging logs every request, so what you ask for is written down and tracked.
These are the services we run at medical offices. Our medical cleaning services page covers the service itself; this page is about how it works in a clinic.
Exam rooms, waiting areas, restrooms and staff areas on a set routine, after hours.
A top to bottom clean of the whole office, scheduled around your clinic hours.
Hard floors stripped, refinished and kept up between refinishes.
Entry glass, partitions and windows, inside and out where we can reach them safely.
Every office is different, and the written scope after your walkthrough is what we're held to. These are the areas we plan for in a medical office.
We disinfect with an EPA registered, hospital grade disinfectant and leave it wet for the full contact time on its label. Our cloths are color coded by use: general cleaning, restrooms, glass and stainless steel, so a restroom cloth never touches an exam room. Our cleaning products come from the Diversey and Spartan lines.
This is the part most practices ask about, so here is exactly how it works.
Weekly for offices we clean four or more times a week. Every other week for offices we clean one to three times a week.
Your area manager walks the office against rated checkpoints for each area in your scope. The result is a scorecard you can read in a minute. Anything below standard goes on a punch list with a correction date, and the correction is checked.
Scores are tracked over time. If an area starts to slip, we see it in the trend before it becomes a complaint, and so do you.
Between inspections, the photos and video from every visit are in your client login, time stamped. If you ever wonder whether something was done, you can check without calling anyone.
We carry commercial general liability and workers' compensation, and we send a certificate of insurance on request.
