Warehouse and distribution center cleaning.Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland.

We clean the offices, restrooms, breakrooms and dock areas at warehouses and distribution centers, and we keep the floor on a scrubbing routine. Every visit is documented with photos and video in your own login. It starts with a free walkthrough of your building.

Built for the operations manager

Operations managers, facilities managers, general managers and distribution center managers are the people who call us about a warehouse. Your building is mostly floor, and it runs on a schedule that doesn't stop for the cleaners.

We clean the spaces your people use every shift: the offices, restrooms, breakrooms and locker rooms, and the dock areas where the grit comes in. Out on the floor, we sweep and machine scrub on the schedule in your scope, so the floor stays clear and the lane lines stay easy to see.

We handle sealed and polished concrete like every other floor type, and almost all floor work is done after hours.

What operations managers tell us

Here's what we hear on almost every warehouse walkthrough.

"The floor gets ahead of us."

Dust and grit from the docks spread across the floor every shift. Once it builds up, it takes more than a broom to catch up, and the floor starts to look like nobody cares.

"I can't see what happened last night."

You walk into a busy building and a full schedule. You have no time to check whether the restrooms and breakrooms were cleaned or just straightened up.

"Different people keep showing up."

Your building has access control, inventory and equipment on the floor. When the crew changes every few weeks, you don't know who is in the building after hours.

"Nobody picks up the phone."

When something goes wrong, you want one person who answers, knows your building and fixes it. Not a voicemail box and a ticket number.

Great for three months then it slides
Scheduled inspections with scorecards and trend tracking
Nobody checks the work until you complain

What we do about it

We built our warehouse program around those complaints. None of it depends on you checking our work.

Proof of every visit

Our technicians are required to capture photos and video on every visit. Each one is time stamped and goes into your client login, so you can see last night's clean before the day starts.

Inspections on a schedule

Your area manager inspects your building on a set schedule and shares the report with you. You don't have to ask for it, and it doesn't wait for a complaint.

The same technicians

We assign the same technicians to your building. Coverage for time off is planned in advance, and everyone who works in your building is background checked.

One person to call

You get a dedicated area manager with a direct line. Your area manager is bilingual, and in app messaging logs every request, so what you ask for is written down and tracked.

These are the services we run at warehouses. Our floor care page covers floor work in detail; this page is about how it works in a warehouse.

The scope items that matter in a warehouse

Every building is different, and the written scope after your walkthrough is what we're held to. These are the areas we plan for.

Offices and breakrooms

  • Cleared desks, tables and phones wiped
  • Trash and recycling emptied, liners replaced
  • Breakroom counters, sinks, tables and microwave exteriors cleaned
  • Carpet vacuumed and hard floors mopped

Restrooms and locker rooms

  • Toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors and partitions cleaned and disinfected
  • Soap, paper and liners restocked from your supply, or through our consumables program on request
  • Lockers, benches and showers cleaned on the schedule in your scope
  • Floors swept, mopped and disinfected

Dock areas and entries

  • Dock areas swept and cleared of debris
  • Entry doors, glass and push plates cleaned
  • Walk off mats vacuumed

Warehouse floor

  • Sealed concrete swept and machine scrubbed on the schedule in your scope
  • Polished concrete machine scrubbed and burnished
  • Large open floors scrubbed with a ride on scrubber
  • Spill response during the shift when a day porter is on site

Our cleaning products come from the Diversey and Spartan lines. We work weekends when floor work fits your schedule better that way.

The inspection and proof program

This is the part most managers ask about, so here is exactly how it works.

How often we inspect

Weekly for buildings we clean four or more times a week. Every other week for buildings we clean one to three times a week.

What an inspection covers

Your area manager walks the building against rated checkpoints for each area in your scope. The result is a scorecard you can read in a minute. Anything below standard goes on a punch list with a correction date, and the correction is checked.

Trends over time

Scores are tracked over time. If an area starts to slip, we see it in the trend before it becomes a complaint, and so do you.

Proof between inspections

Between inspections, the photos and video from every visit are in your client login, time stamped. If you ever wonder whether something was done, you can check without calling anyone.

Insurance

We carry commercial general liability and workers' compensation, and we send a certificate of insurance on request.

Questions from warehouse and distribution managers

Can you scrub a warehouse floor?

Yes. We sweep and machine scrub sealed and polished concrete on the schedule in your scope, and we handle every other floor type in the building too. Almost all floor work is done after hours, and we work weekends when that fits your schedule better.

Do you clean around our shifts?

Yes. We set the schedule around your shifts and your dock hours, and the written scope says when we're in each area.

We just moved into a new building. Can you clean it before we start?

Yes. Our post construction cleaning gets a new building ready to use, and we can quote the recurring cleaning for once you move in.

How do we know the cleaning actually happened?

Our technicians are required to take photos and video on every visit. Each one is time stamped and shows up in your client login. Your area manager also inspects on a schedule and shares a scorecard with you.

Are your technicians background checked?

Yes. Every technician is background checked. We assign the same technicians to your building and plan coverage in advance, so you're not handing your keys to a stranger.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry commercial general liability and workers' compensation, and we send a certificate of insurance on request.
