Medical cleaning on a written routine.Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland.

Exam rooms, waiting areas and restrooms cleaned after hours with an EPA registered, hospital grade disinfectant, inspected on a schedule and documented every visit.

What makes medical cleaning different

A medical office is cleaned for more than looks. Exam room surfaces need to be disinfected, and a disinfectant only works if it stays wet on the surface for the contact time on its label. Restroom cloths can't end up in an exam room. And the practice needs to be able to see that the work was done, because the staff doesn't have time to check.

We run medical cleaning as a written routine with those rules built in. We disinfect with an EPA registered, hospital grade disinfectant and leave it wet for the full contact time on its label. Our cloths are color coded by use: general cleaning, restrooms, glass and stainless steel. Every visit is documented with photos and video in your client login.

This page covers the service. If you run a practice and want to see how it works day to day in a clinic, our medical offices and clinics page walks through it.

Proof

Five checks on every account

None of them depend on you checking our work.

Verified time on site

Technicians clock in and out at your building on the app, and every check in is location verified. If someone doesn't clock in on schedule, your area manager hears about it before you do.

Photo and video proof

Our technicians are required to capture photos and video on every visit. Each one is time stamped and goes into your client login.

Scheduled inspections

Your area manager inspects against rated checkpoints for your building and shares a scorecard and a punch list with correction dates.

Trends over time

Scores are tracked from one inspection to the next, so an area that starts to slip gets fixed before it becomes a complaint.

Every request logged

Message us in the app. Requests land in a thread tied to your building, so nothing gets lost in a voicemail.

Frequency

Frequency follows your patient volume

Questions

Questions about medical cleaning services

How is medical office cleaning different from office cleaning?

The disinfection. Exam room and restroom surfaces are disinfected with an EPA registered, hospital grade disinfectant and left wet for the full contact time on its label. Cloths are color coded so a restroom cloth never touches an exam room.

What disinfectant do you use?

An EPA registered, hospital grade disinfectant from the Diversey or Spartan lines, left wet for the full contact time on its label. We name the product in your written scope.

Who cleans exam rooms and when?

The same assigned technicians, after your last patient leaves and before your staff comes in. The written scope lists what gets cleaned in each room on each visit.

How do you show what was done?

Photos and video from every visit, time stamped in your client login, plus scheduled inspections with a scorecard your area manager shares with you.

Do you handle medical waste or sharps?

No. Regulated medical waste and sharps stay with your practice's licensed hauler. We handle regular trash and liners.

Do you restock soap and paper?

Yes. Soap, paper and liners are restocked every visit from your supply, or through our consumables program if you'd rather we handle it.
