Scrubbing, stripping and refinishing, plus a routine between refinishes. Scheduled after hours, documented with photos and video, and inspected like the rest of our work.
Hard floors don't fail all at once. The finish wears in the traffic lanes first, grit gets ground in at the entries, and the floor starts to look dull even right after it's mopped. By the time it's obvious, the finish is gone and the floor needs a full strip and refinish instead of a quick scrub and recoat.
We treat floor care as a routine, not an emergency. Daily care comes from your cleaning routine. On top of that we schedule periodic work: scrubbing and recoating to bring the finish back, and full stripping and refinishing when the finish has worn through. The goal is simple: strip less often by maintaining more.
We do floor care for offices, schools, medical practices, retail stores, dealerships and warehouses. It can be its own service or part of the same scope as your recurring cleaning.
Scope
The right program depends on the floor. We check the floor types on the walkthrough before we write the scope.
Every visitWeeklyMonthlyOn request Tasks marked every visit run on each visit. Weekly and monthly tasks run on their own schedule, whatever the frequency. On request items are scheduled when you need them.
Proof
None of them depend on you checking our work.
Technicians clock in and out at your building on the app, and every check in is location verified. If someone doesn't clock in on schedule, your area manager hears about it before you do.
Our technicians are required to capture photos and video on every visit. Each one is time stamped and goes into your client login.
Your area manager inspects against rated checkpoints for your building and shares a scorecard and a punch list with correction dates.
Scores are tracked from one inspection to the next, so an area that starts to slip gets fixed before it becomes a complaint.
Message us in the app. Requests land in a thread tied to your building, so nothing gets lost in a voicemail.

Frequency
Floors wear on a schedule. Routine care on every visit keeps grit out of the finish and out of the carpet, and it stretches the time between restorative work.
Carpet that is vacuumed on every visit holds less abrasive grit, which is the biggest factor in how long commercial carpet keeps its look. More routine care means fewer full extractions and fewer strips.
Dust mopping, damp mopping and mats as part of your recurring cleaning.
Scrub and recoat, and traffic lane extraction, in the lanes and entries that wear first.
Full floor extraction or a strip and refinish, timed for a slow season or a holiday weekend.
Your walkthrough and the floor types decide the program.
Questions
It depends on traffic and how well the finish is kept up in between. Many buildings strip once or twice a year and scrub and recoat in between. A good routine stretches the time between full strips.
Yes. Almost all of our floor work is done after hours or over a weekend, so the floor has time to dry before your people come back.
A scrub and recoat takes off the worn top layer of finish and puts fresh coats on top. A strip and refinish removes all of the old finish down to the floor and starts over. The first is routine; the second is for when the finish has worn through.
All of them: vinyl composition tile and other resilient floors, ceramic and porcelain tile, sealed and polished concrete, terrazzo, stone, rubber, wood and carpet. The walkthrough decides the program for each one.
Finish needs time to dry. A strip and wax is typically done overnight, so the floor is ready before your people arrive. Larger footprints are scheduled around that, and we tell you ahead of time if an area needs to stay closed longer.
Yes. We add periodic floor work to the same written scope as your recurring cleaning, so you have one vendor and one area manager.
