Armando Bello and his wife, Maria, founded BeVa in 2015 in Northwest Indiana. We built it from the ground up to give local businesses commercial cleaning they can depend on.
We're a team of 115+ people with 23+ years of combined experience. Every technician is background checked, and the same assigned team cleans each building every shift, trained to our standard.

Our technicians are required to capture photos and video on every visit. Each one is time stamped and shows up in your client login.
Weekly for accounts we clean four or more times a week, every other week for one to three. Rated checkpoints, a scorecard, a punch list with a correction date, and trends tracked over time.
A dedicated area manager with a direct line, and bilingual. In app messaging logs every request, so nothing gets lost in a phone call.
We have one headquarters, in Munster, Indiana, at 7951 Calumet Ave, Suite 1014, Munster, IN 46321. From there we serve Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland, with active accounts in 36 towns today.
